does what is had to do. lights up when in movement, shuts down when standing still. Batteries are included. helps a bit in 'being seen in trafic for bycicles, tho i have it mounted on my scooter, and it works just as best...

Its pretty much what i expected and works well.
The LED is blue but very bright and gives a nice green light effect together with the plastic cap. Bottom part isnt stainless steel, simply chromed plastic ;).
